Ideal candidates possess the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience
* 10-20 years industry experience
* Hands-on experience with a COTS financial system such as SAP, PeopleSoft and/or Great Plains.
* Senior functional consultant or super-user with hands-on implementation and/or upgrade experience.
* Experience leading a financials system selection to include needs assessment, RFI, managing vendor responses.
* Experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, system design and testing.
* Strong business analyst skills.
* Project management experience, PMP preferred.
* Familiarity with accounting business processes.
