We are looking for:
HR Directors, Managers, and Consultants with expertise in:
Employee Relations
Organizational Development
Training and Development
Recruitment/Talent Management
HRIS
Functional/Implementations
Compensation/Benefits
Change Management professionals with the following skill sets:
Change Management/Project Management as it relates to large system implementations, business process re-engineering projects, corporate downsizing/reorg efforts or other large-scale change initiatives
Hands on experience with implementing change management strategies (including the development of the strategy as well as implementation of the various tactics: readiness assessments, focus groups, targeted communications, end user training)
Strong project management skills
Multiple ERP implementation experience
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Successful candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 10-years of related experience in consulting or Big 4 environment strongly preferred.
