    We are looking to hire highly motivated and talented consultants who want to challenge themselves with different projects in new environments or those who are interested in increasing work/life balance. We are looking for the following professionals:

    • Sourcing Analysts
    • Sourcing Managers
    • Sourcing Directors

    Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience
    • Industry and/or consulting experience in strategic sourcing
    • Former Manager, Director and VP titles
    • Big Four Consulting experience a plus
    • Fortune 1000 background
    • 8+ years experience in Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Materials Management, and Contracts Management) including minimum 5+ years at Manager or Director level
    • Inventory management
    • Project management skills
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement commodity and services sourcing strategies which yield measurable reductions in spend.
    • eSourcing/eProcurement systems experience
    • Specific commodity or services expertise
    • Ability to lead and direct sourcing teams in identifying, communicating and implementing sourcing strategies and Supply Chain Management best practices.
    • Ability to effectively utilize third party spend data in identifying spend reduction opportunities.

    We encourage applications from candidates with 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, contracts management, inventory management, and commodity or services expertise. Candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
