As a Consultant with Resources Global Professionals you will have the opportunity to partner with clients ranging from mid-size companies to the Fortune 100. Professional Qualifications:
• In-depth knowledge of banking laws and regulations.
• Good working knowledge of bank products and procedures.
• Substantive experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Development of compliance policies and procedures.
- Development and delivery of compliance training.
- Development and implementation of compliance testing programs and procedures.
• Experience working with bank regulators and/or preparing for regulatory exams a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
• 5 years of experience in banking compliance, auditing, training or testing.
• Bachelors degree required
• Advanced degree or certification a plusn/a
