Professional Qualifications:
- Large law firm and In-house experience
- Minimum of 10 years legal experience
- Substantive experience in one or more of the following areas: Restructuring/workouts Corporate transactions and commercial agreements Post-merger integration Securities laws (’33, ’34, ’40 Act)
- Admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and/or Connecticut and in good standing
- An interest in project assignments in a variety of industries
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
