Resources Global Professionals is looking to hire Attorneys to join its Legal and Regulatory Services Team who want control over and flexibility in their career, as well as a true work/life balance.

We are currently recruiting attorneys to work in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut with the following qualifications:
• Large law firm and In-house experience
• Minimum of 10 years legal experience
• Substantive experience in one or more of the following areas:
Restructuring/workouts
Corporate transactions and commercial agreements
Post-merger integration
Securities laws ('33, '34, '40 Act)
• Admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and/or Connecticut and in good standing
• An interest in project assignments in a variety of industries
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
