    We are seeking dynamic and highly motivated finance and accounting professionals with some of the following experience:

    - Minimum of 7 years of professional Tax experience; preferably a combination of Big 4 CPA firm (or large regional firm) and Corporate Tax Department experience.

    - International, Federal and/or multi-state compliance and planning experience.

    - Experience in research, implementation, and calculation of FAS 109 and FIN 48.

    - Ability to perform tax account reconciliations; return to tax provision analysis and true-ups.

    - Ability to research and assure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations, and provide assistance during tax audits.

    - BBA/BS degree required, MST a plus.

    - CPA preferred.

    - Proficient in Excel and various Tax compliance and research software applications (CORPTax, FastTax, Taxstream, CCH, RIA, BNA).

    - Proficient in large company general ledger systems (PeopleSoft, Hyperion, SAP).

    Professional Qualifications:

    The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience with a concentration in corporate tax. Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills; attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and demonstrate a sense of urgency. Ability to adapt to new environments quickly and create improved efficiency.
