As a Consultant with Resources Global Professionals you will have the opportunity to partner with clients ranging from mid-size companies to the Fortune 100. You will have the ability to play an instrumental role in assisting clients in a variety of challenging projects that will make a positive impact on their ability to do business.

Professional Qualifications:
• BS/BA degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
• CPA, CIA or CISA with Big 4 background preferred
• Other professional certifications/designations such as SPHR, CMA, PMI, PMP, etc.
• 10+ years industry experience in mid-large size companies
• High degree of computer literacy with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft), Excel and Access
• Very helpful to have strong knowledge of GAAP accounting, FASB and solid financial reporting experience, including SEC reporting
• Experience managing large scale Business Process Reengineering efforts, defining Finance and Accounting business process improvements, identifying risks, controls, billing processes, systems, compliance
• Ability to define implementation methodology, project plan and scope.
• Experience with requirements analysis, application design, testing, application setup and customizations
