We are seeking highly motivated financial accounting professionals with Bankruptcy, Turnaround and / or Restructuring experience.
Attributes of our global professionals include: a dedication to client service, the ability to think in complex and ever changing situations, strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems, execute and transfer knowledge.
Professional Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree and 10 -15 years of related professional experience
• CPA and / or MBA is desirable
• Big 4 experience is preferred
• Strong Excel skills
• The ability to multi-task and demonstrate a sense of urgency
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills and possess a desire to deliver exceptional client service
• A desire for project-based work.
Additionally, candidates must be well versed in some of the following:
• Mergers & Acquisitions / Integration
• Working Capital / Liquidity Analysis
• Cash Flow Analysis and Monitoring
• Bankruptcy Accounting and Reporting
• Fresh Start Accounting / Reporting
