Professional Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree and 10 -15 years of related professional experience
- CPA and / or MBA is desirable
- Big 4 experience is preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- The ability to multi-task and demonstrate a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills and possess a desire to deliver exceptional client service
- A desire for project-based work.
Additionally, candidates must be well versed in some of the following:
- Mergers & Acquisitions/Integration
- Working Capital/Liquidity Analysis
- Cash Flow Analysis and Monitoring
- Bankruptcy Accounting and Reporting
- Fresh Start Accounting/Reporting
