RGP is currently seeking dynamic and highly motivated Attorneys with broad experience in the Financial Services Industry to join our Tri-State practice in the area of legal services consulting.  New York Bar Admission required.   As a Consultant with RGP you will have the ability to play an instrumental role in assisting clients in a variety of challenging projects.

Professional Qualifications:  

• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:  corporate transactions; lending/financing transactions; securities laws ('33, '34, '40 Act)
• Financial services industry experience required; experience working in a large financial institution preferred
• Mimimum of 8 years legal experience
• Large law firm and in-house experience
• Admitted to practice law in New York and in good standing
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task and demonstrate a sense of urgency
