Our audit Consultants help leading companies drive and execute their risk and control initiatives. Our Consultants combine their internal audit experience and industry backgrounds to bring value-added expertise to our clients to improve operational efficiency. We are looking for talented business professionals to join our Bay Area practice in the area of Internal Audit. As a Consultant with Resources Global Professionals, you will have the ability to play an instrumental role in assisting clients in a variety of challenging projects.

Professional Qualifications:
- A masters or undergraduate degree in business, accounting, finance or a similar field.
- Previous experience in a Big Four or large regional public accounting firm preferred.
- Previous experience with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance a plus.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience working in an internal audit capacity for medium to large sized companies.
- Experience in detailed audit program preparation, risk assessment, evaluation and testing of internal controls, and remediation.
- CPA, CIA, CISA, or similar certifications.
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, and/or technology industries strongly preferred.
- Strong client relationship and project management skills.
- A passion for a project work lifestyle.
